'Sister Wives' Contemplate What Would Happen To Their Children If Their Mom Died (VIDEO)

The 'Sister Wives' Answer Viewers' Questions

The "Sister Wives" found themselves contemplating their own mortality Sunday night when they answered questions from viewers on "Brown Family Confessions" (Sun., 9:30 p.m. ET on TLC).

One asked what would happen to her kids if one of the women died.

An emotional Meri revealed that her sister, who was also in a polygamous relationship, had died of cancer leaving behind four children. They are now being raised by their father and another of his wives.

"If something happened to me," Meri cried, "I would definitely have Mariah stay with these ladies."

The Browns belong to the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ Of Latter-Day Saints. While The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints has officially rejected polygamy, the Brown family openly continues with the practice.
