LA's Best Milkshakes: Funny Or Die Reviews The City's Top Frozen Treats

Funny Or Die Reviews LA's Best Milkshakes

We here at the Huffington Post have always loved milkshakes, and even blogged about Ford's Filling Station's whiskey milkshake earlier this week.

Well, meet one man who takes milkshake love to a whole new level: Funny or Die's Milkshake Maniac. Playing an over-excited, essentially insane milkshake reviewer named Tad Fieri, James DeLorean goes around LA checking out milkshake hotspots.

In the first episode, the Milkshake Maniac visited Milk on Beverly Boulevard in Hollywood. He tried their famous MILKIE Way milkshake (vanilla ice cream, malted milk, chocolate chips and caramel-chocolate swirl!), which he deemed "da bomb dot com."

The second episode includes a quick stop at Millions of Milkshakes in order to lament the fact that the owners didn't end up naming a shake after him. Then, the Maniac visits Pazzo Gelato on Sunset Boulevard in Silverlake. He tastes - - then demolishes - - a marscapone cinnamon gelato shake that was simply "off the charts."

Finally, the Milkshake Maniac went to Farrell's Ice Cream Parlor on Brea Boulevard in Brea. After participating in a cherry scavenger hunt, he had Farrell's Oreo shake, which was "a real daisy of a milkshake."

All in all, the Milkshake Maniac made us laugh and our stomachs growl. I guess we'll just have to try these shakes for ourselves!
