That is the Pyramid at the Louvre Museum being fumigated for termites.
I live right across the street, I should know.

It's a recreation of a snow-capped mountain that has a few lower faced that can be readily climbed, but which has only one successful climbing path all the way to the summit. Where there is a flag. Perhaps planted there by a climber. Or perhaps waiting there for the first person who reaches the summit.

The architecture in the background is clearly European, so it is perhaps meant to be a snow-capped Alpine peak.

Thought it was a gigantic green strawberry but it turned out to be a rock climbing wall. Where do we go to see it?

It’s a climbing wall made to resemble a grassy, snow-capped mountain.
