Is there something in the Smartwater? Fashion lovers know that there's been an international model baby boom lately: Molly Sims, Sasha Pivovarova and Lily Aldridge just had babies, while Adriana Lima, Gisele (well, allegedly) and Marisa Miller are preggers.

Victoria's Secret model Alessandra Ambrosio, however, has gotten a head start on the bringing-beautiful-babies-into-the-world thing with her three-year-old daughter and now, a brand new addition. Ambrosio gave birth to her new son Noah back in May, and she took to Facebook to show him off. Spoiler alert: he's adorable.

The 31-year-old posed in one of those typical white, flowy-outfit baby posts for pics that she posted on her official Facebook page. (She also debuted the picture in a Latin American tabloid.) Ambrosio and fiance Jamie Mazur are already parents to three-year-old Anja.

Noah is sure a cutie, and we've no doubt Ambrosio will be back on the catwalk in no time with impeccably perfect abs. We'll have what she's having.
