It's over for Eva Longoria and Eduardo Cruz ... again.

Longoria's rep confirmed to Us Weekly that the couple, who began dating in early 2011, has broken up.

If this story seems familiar, well, it is. It was reported the couple first called it quits in March, but they were spotted out together in April. A source close to the couple told Us at the time that their split "was a mutual decision," and they hoped to remain friends. However, they eventually rekindled their romance.

Longoria closely guarded her relationship with Cruz, who is brother to actress Penelope Cruz, especially after her very public divorce from basketball player Tony Parker in November 2010.

"Love did not work with that person. But it can work with another," Longoria told Spanish Vanity Fair (via People) in November 2011. "The only thing I will say is I was very lucky to find Edu."
