WATCH: Warren Buffett, Jon Bon Jovi Perform Ukulele Duet For Charity!

Though they come from starkly different worlds, rocker Jon Bon Jovi and millionaire Warren Buffett are actually very in tune with each other.

The unlikely pair performed a duet Tuesday at the Forbes 400 Summit on Philanthropy, a gathering of entrepreneurs in New York City tackling critical global issues.

The two performed "The Glory of Love" -- a song that was popularized by Bette Midler. The duo alternated singing verses, while Buffet took on the ukulele, and Bon Jovi played his familiar guitar.

Jon Bon Jovi announced, "I don't need Richie Sambora anymore, because I have a new sidekick!"

The singer's charitable giving history includes recently partnering with HUD to help homeless veterans and opening Soul Kitchen, a pay-what-you-can restaurant in New Jersey. Bon Jovi, a HuffPost blogger, has also written about his dedication to providing opportunities for youth.

Buffett, the CEO of Berkshire Hathaway, donates 99 percent of his income money to charity. A bidder recently donated $3.5 million to have lunch with Buffett, a sum that benefited a San Francisco homeless nonprofit.

Regarding the duet song lyrics, Buffett encouraged the crowd to "Pay particular attention to the first line -- ["You've got to give a little"] - because this is what it's all about."
