'Four Houses' Series Premiere: Ricky Shows Off His Unusual Home (VIDEO)

'Four Houses' Premiere: Ricky's Tchotchkes

On the series premiere of "Four Houses" (Mon., 10 p.m. ET on TLC) viewers were taken on a tour of some unusual -- sometimes fabulous -- homes.

The owners were competing for the grand prize of $10,000 and a chance to be featured in Better Homes And Gardens magazine.

The four contestants visited each other's houses and graded them on originality, style and livability. Ricky's house may not have been as massive as his rival Bruce's, but it was certainly scored highly for originality.

His eclectic style dominated every inch of the house, which even boasted its own ballroom. Ricky also showed off his collection of tchotchkes: "Placenta and umbilical cord. The testicles of my two cats. Two cockroaches having a meal. ... A penis bone. ... "

The architectural flights of fancy continue on "Four Houses," Mondays at 10 p.m. ET on TLC.
