'Alphas' Season 2: Syfy Series Adds Sean Austin, Thomas Howell And More Guest Stars

Who's Guest Starring On Season 2 Of 'Alphas'?

The original "Alphas" have some competition: A slew of new guest stars are headed to the Syfy series.

With numerous TV and film credits under their belts, Sean Austin ("Lord of the Rings"), Thomas Howell ("Southland"), Lauren Holly ("NCIS"), Steve Byers ("Immortals," "Total Recall"), Kandyse McClure (Battlestar Galactica") and Noah Reid ("Rookie Blue") are all set to appear on Season 2 (premiering Mon., July 23 at 10 p.m. ET) of the supernatural show.

Season 1 guest stars are also making a comeback. John Pyper-Ferguson will be back as Stanton Parish, Kathleen Munroe as Dani Rosen, Mahershala Ali as Agent Nathan Cley and Summer Glau will return for a three episode arc as Skylar Adams.

Starring David Strathairn, Malika Yoba, Warren Christie and more, "Alphas" centers on a group of people with supernatural abilities who work to to prevent and solve crimes committed by other Alphas.

"Alphas" returns on Mon., July 23 at 10 p.m. ET on Syfy.
