Shark Cam: Discovery Channel Features Interactive Live Feed At Georgia Aquarium (VIDEO)

WATCH: LIVE Shark Camera

To celebrate the 25th anniversary of Shark Week, the Discovery Channel has teamed up with the Georgia Aquarium to provide a 360-degree live video feed of sharks, manta rays, grouper, guitarfish and more.

The camera is in the Ocean Voyager exhibit at the Atlanta aquarium, which features thousands of animals. The view can be controlled by clicking and holding your mouse and scrolling.

The aquarium notes that the exhibit features six types of sharks, including sand tiger shark, zebra shark, blacktip reef shark, sandbar shark and whale shark, which is the largest species of fish in the world and can grow up to 40 feet, according to National Geographic. It also features the only manta rays to ever live in an aquarium in the U.S.

Shark Cam will be available for viewing from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. EDT during July and August. Shark Week begins on August 12.

Those interested in more live video feeds of animals should check out Explore.org, which has live video of pandas, puppies, beluga whales, puffins and polar bears.
