'Drop Dead Diva': Joan Rivers Guests As Jane's Dream Therapist (VIDEO)

Jane is an emotional wreck over her engagement with Owen on "Drop Dead Diva" (Sun., 9 p.m. ET on Lifetime). When things are tough and uncertain, therapy is always a good solution. But would Joan Rivers be the best choice as a therapist?

Apparently, according to Jane's subconscious. She summoned Rivers as her personal therapist in a surreal dream sequence, and Rivers proved to be -- well, very much Joan Rivers. Which meant she was incredibly entertaining, but quips don't always equate to solid advice.

But it looks like Jane isn't done with this particular manifestation. According to Celebuzz, series creator Josh Berman says she'll be back in three weeks as a minister, again in Jane's subconscious.

Maybe they can make this a regular thing, with Rivers showing up in different professions in Jane's mind to offer sage advice, or more accurately, snide comments and jokes.
