Nancy Pelosi Dances At Barney Frank's Wedding (VIDEO)

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) attended Rep. Barney Frank's historic same-sex nuptials Saturday in Newton, Mass. and "stayed late," according to the New York Times. She also danced. Here is video of her dancing to ZZ Top's "Sharp Dressed Man" at the reception. According to the Times, she also "swayed on the dance floor" to "It's Raining Men."

DID u know tht. 1-5 gay men have aids. Nancy brought them in frm all over to get tht. no pre-exist health care. Africa seems to be her choice to draw frm. Her hubby has his own money as he is Starkist Tuna. Brother is making millions off another taxpayer loan for SOLAR. Her 500,000 shares in AIG has been paid back to her. If you don't like us, then go some place that agrees with you and leave us alone. It really bothers me that the title of this article on the SF page includes the words "Barney Frank's Gay Wedding"... he didn't get gay married, he got married. It was his wedding, not his gay wedding.

I see that the "Gay" part is missing from the title of the article on this page.

You REALLY so miss the point, don't you! "Gay" as a word doesn't belong to anyone. A marriage is both a legal and in some cases, a religious contract. Should we now be calling marriages such as mine 'heterosexual marriage" so that people like you won't be confused?

It wasn't a 'wish' to be married that was sought. It was the pursuit of recognition of a civil right to pursue ones life as fully and completely as possible and to be able to take care of ones spouse in sickness and in health without being separated by bigots who would call a completely committed married relationship something less than fully worthy of respect. It isn't petty, but possibly your remarks are.
