What draws crowds to the 305?

According to the Miami Marlins, who premiere Wednesday night on Showtime with their very own reality series 'The Franchise,' folks flock to this city for the beach, sunshine, multiculturalism, parties and, as husky voiced manager Ozzie Guillen says, for our city's "all kinds of girls."

Watch them rattle off reasons to come to the 305 in the above trailer.

Meanwhile, Giancarlo Stanton wants the Miami Marlins be a center attraction, saying "There's a lot of reasons people come here. We want to be one of them."

With a brand new name, stadium and uniforms -- and plenty of controversy by Guillen-- 'The Franchise' will no doubt have its share of drama both on and off the baseball diamond.

In sneak peeks posted on both the team's website and Showtime, fans can witness Guillen's four-letter bombs dropped left and right, the camaraderie between Jose Reyes and Hanley Ramirez, and the full 32-minute teaser that aired back in April.

"The Franchise" premieres Wednesday at 10 p.m. on Showtime, but you can go ahead and Ozzie's bleepin' bleep moments with the Marlins below:
