Victoria's Secret Model On Photoshop: 'It's A Lie'

Victoria's Secret models don't have much to be insecure about, but it seems that all of that retouching that goes on after a shoot is becoming a source of embarrassment, the New York Post reported.

Doutzen Kroes, Arlenis Sosa, Lindsay Ellingson, Erin Heatherton and Behati Prinsloo all flocked to Soul Cycle for a supermodel ride on Wednesday (Ed. note: You couldn't pay us to sweat through a spin class beside a group of lingerie models), and the leggy ladies dished on the downsides of Photoshop. Ms. Heatherton (aka Leonardo DiCaprio's real-life girlfriend) was a little upset about how her freckles always seem to disappear:

I feel like it looks like someone else. I guess it’s not fair. It’s a bittersweet story. You look better, but it’s a lie.

We're not sure why anyone would want to digitally remove something like freckles, so we definitely feel Erin's pain on that one. Her Victoria's Secret pal, Doutzen, has her own issues about how she's photoshopped. Ms. Kroes seemed particularly irked by her recent editorial for Vogue China that featured her missing a leg due to a retouching error:

I just saw this. Maybe it’s two legs together? Maybe it’s the pose? I was like, ‘Oh my God.’ I think Photoshopping is OK until something like that happens. You don’t want to lose one of your limbs.

So if models can't even make heads or tails of their own altered physiques, it's no wonder that teens have been up and arms over all of the heavy-handed enhancements these days. Well, at least we're pretty sure that the Victoria's Secret beauties experienced the ubiquitous post-spin-class high -- that's sure to cheer them up about this for a little while.
