Anderson Cooper: I Haven't Eaten Ice Cream In Two Months (VIDEO)

Anderson Cooper has taken a hard line stance in an attempt to kick his self-described addiction to ice cream.

He recently spoke out about his big sweet tooth on his daytime show. Cooper detailed his love of dulce de leche ice cream from one of his favorite New York City shops — and even took home video of himself settling in with a quart at home.

In a new video posted on Sunday, however, Cooper revealed that he hasn't eaten ice cream in two months. "I've tried to cut down on my sweets and just try to overall eat healthier and lower my cholesterol," he declared. "I have not had ice cream in about two months and I don't really miss it too much, I must say."

Cooper has discussed some of his stranger food habits on his daytime show. He is known for his love of Boston Market, and his dislike of coffee and spinach, which he tried for the first time last year.
