'Girls' Season 2: Andrew Rannells On Living With Hannah

Hannah Gets A New Roommate On 'Girls' Season 2

Rooming with your ex-boyfriend doesn't usually seems like a good idea ... unless you're the self-destructive Hannah Horvath (Lena Dunham) of HBO's "Girls."

After turning down an invitation to live with her boyfriend Adam at the end of Season 1, Hannah decides to move in with her ex, Elijah (Andrew Rannells), who's come out as gay since they dated.

In addition to hinting that the living situation is "maybe not safe emotionally" for Hannah, Rannells told Vulture that Elijah spices up her apartment a bit. “It is a little 'Odd Couple,'” Rannells told Vulture. “Elijah cutes [the place] up ... Unfortunately, this does not translate to her wardrobe.”

But if fans of the HBO series think Hannah will be developing feelings for Elijah again, that likely isn't the case -- especially with a sexy new neighbor moving in. According to TVLine, Patrick Wilson will play Hannah's new love interest Joshua, a forty-something doctor who Hannah develops a crush on.

For more on Rannells, who is also starring in NBC's "The New Normal" this fall, head over to Vulture.
