Michael Bradley, Roma Agree On Contract After Transfer From Chievo Verona

Roma has confirmed on its official website that it has secured the services of Michael Bradley from Chievo Verona for a fee of 3.75 million euros. The versatile midfielder has signed a contract until the summer of 2016 with his new club.

New Roma coach Zdenek Zeman was keen to add some fresh blood to his midfield, and has now got the reinforcements he was after.

The 24-year-old Bradley started his professional career at the New York/New Jersey MetroStars and also wore the jerseys of Heerenveen, Borussia Monchengladbach and Aston Villa before joining Chievo in the summer of 2011.

He immediately became a key player at the Serie A side, and has now earned himself a transfer to Roma with his good performances last term.

Meanwhile, Romanian youngster Adrian Stoian has moved from Roma to Chievo as part of the deal. The Flying Donkeys have paid 0.5m euros for 50 percent of the 21-year-old's rights.
