This week, we tackled the news of Chick-fil-A's anti-gay stance. You've responded passionately and reading your comments and tweets got us wondering: How much of a difference does boycotting make, anyway? So yesterday, we asked our Twitter family for their thoughts.
You (as usual) responded en masse and with passion. Here are some of your initial responses.
As your Twitter responses flooded in, we noticed that there was a group of our Twitter family that was interested in taking things a step further. Rather than boycotting, many of you called for our community to take up some space instead. Calls for kiss-ins and gay weddings-in flew. So we took our questioning further.
Your responses were funny and poignant. You can read a selection of them below.
We want to hear from you on this issue. Let us know in the comments what you think. Is boycotting the best way to handle anti-gay businesses? Is taking your money elsewhere the answer or is there a better way? What do you think? Tell us in the comments.
