Beverly Johnson Looks Gorgeous While Modeling A Halston Gown In The 1970s

We Love Beverly Johnson In Halston

It's no surprise that Beverly Johnson was the first African American model to appear on the cover of Vogue in August, 1974. Just look how gorgeous she is in the photo below modeling a pastel Halston gown. Not only do we want to steal the flowing chiffon dress right off of the model, who now has her own line of wigs, weaves and hair pieces inspired by her daughter Anansa Sims, we also want to copy her beauty look. Would you try red lips, pink blush and blue eyeshadow together?
