Our friends at Vulture have just published quite the set of lists, the most notable of which is their 100 Most Valuable Stars. At the top of said list is none other than Iron Man himself, Robert Downey Jr.
The list throws together a vast number of criteria, from box office (domestic and international) and Oscar wins to likability and studio value. These numbers are then crunched in a super scientific way, running them through a formula designed by The Guardian's data expert Harry Enten.
Rounding out the top five are Will Smith, Johnny Depp, Denzel Washington and Brad Pitt. If you've noticed that no women cracked that benchmark, you're right. The first leading lady -- Angelina Jolie -- comes in at No. 8.
If that's a problem for you, take comfort in the fact that Meryl Streep tops the Most Respected list, and that you can tweak the weight of each criteria to your own liking and make your very own list. That about sums it up -- to read (and play), head over to Vulture.
