A 4-year-old child shot earlier this afternoon Prince William County, Va. has been pronounced dead, police spokesperson Jonathan Perok said.
"The victim sustained severe injuries and was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead," Perok said. "At this time, it appears this is an accidental shooting and that the injury was self-inflected. The scene appears to be isolated to a vehicle parked on the street in the area above."
