Even Ras who polled Michigan the same day (7/23) isn't buying this poll, he has Obama up by 6%.

I think Mitchel is using a midterm election voter composition not a Presidential year. Presidential year elections equals more minorities, students, and woman than in off year elections.

This Polling firm should get out of the business. Obama leads among White voters by 4 in PPP. Even if Romney lead by 2 among whites in MI, it would take almost a Russian or Latin American style Rigged election for this polling firm to be accurate if the election were held today.
