I heard this on the radio.  Does Yahoo! have an employee problem?  Last time I checked, it was their product line (or lack thereof) that is bankrupting the company, not their employees lack of motivation.  Of course it's important to keep your employees happy but spending the first two weeks turning the Yahoo! headquarters into the Googleplex just doesn't seem like an important priority.
