Jerry Brown has a way with words. It's part of our once-and-current governor's charm.

Take the time he said taxes were like STDs. And the time he compared his gubernatorial opponent to a Nazi. And the time he revealed his happy place.

Oh yeah, and the (very recent) time he told a huge group of reporters he just wanted to "get sh*t done."

Alas, nothing brightens a cynical California politico's day like a golden nugget from our fair leader. Which is why we couldn't more thrilled that our friends over at the Sacramento Bee decided to file all these glorious soundbytes into one organized collection.

Reporters at the state capitol's biggest newspaper have been running a Twitter account for the past handful of months, appropriately dubbed "Jerry Brown Says," that takes note every time the governor says something worth repeating.

All his classics decorate the feed: The swears, the metaphors, his distaste for football, the time he asked Siri (yes, that Siri) if an event should be open to the press.

They even manage to throw in some policy-related stuff. Because pension reform is just as entertaining as Brown's "pretzel palace," right?
