London 2012's Street Performances: Street Scenes From The Olympic Games

Street Scenes From The Olympic Games

Although "buskers," or street performers, are technically prohibited in the borough of London, some have joined the fun of London's 2012 Olympic Games to entertain the throngs of international spectators between events.

Henry XIII required performer permits, and anyone who broke the law could catch a lashing. Since, the law has dropped that lashing punishment, but buskers are relegated to Tube stations and Covent Garden in addition to some London boroughs.

HuffPost partnered up with student journalists from Ball State University, who took to the street to catch up on the smaller spectacles in London this month. For more, visit BSU At The Games.
