Ellen Page may have combatted a pedophilic monster in "Hard Candy," but she's taking no risk when it comes to real-life threats. TMZ reports that the 25-year-old actress has a search warrant out for a crazed fan who had been making violent threats against her via Twitter, writing messages such as "I'm going to murder Ellen Page. She's dead." and "Ellen Page if you continue to date Alexander [Skarsgard] I will K-1-L-L you in public in then ext year ... Be it in a club, in a restaurant, or when you're signing autographs." (The latter was in reference to the actress' LA Kings outing with her "The East" co-star in June).
No word on the identity of the Twitter handle (the tweets have supposedly since been removed), but the Los Angeles Police Department also say that the person may have made a threatening phone call or two about the pint-sized "To Rome with Love" actress.
