Following weeks of speculation behind Katherine Jackson’s unannounced trip to Arizona, which ran the risk of costing the 82-year-old guardianship over Michael Jackson’s three children, she has made it clear that there’s “absolutely” no plans on pressing charges against her children -- who she claimed “tricked” her into taking time for a vacation.

According to TMZ, the Jackson matriarch’s attorney, Perry Sanders, revealed that the family would be moving on. "This chapter of chaos is closed and we are supportive of family unity in spite of recent events and arguably poor decisions," Sanders said.

The statement comes a week after the 82-year-old’s grandson, TJ Jackson, was appointed as co-guardian of his three cousins Prince, 15, Paris, 14 and Blanket,10.

"He has been very dedicated to these kids since Michael Jackson's death and he was involved with them before that," Charles A. Schultz, TJ's lawyer, said at a court hearing last week.

"They have a very significant relationship with TJ Jackson and they love him very much," said Judge Mitchell Beckloff. "There are things about his past that the kids can relate to."
