Mark-Paul Gosselaar and Frankie Muniz To Guest On 'Don't Trust The B---- In Apt. 23'

Mark-Paul Gosselaar and Frankie Muniz To Visit 'Apt. 23'

While James Van Der Beek might not be able to facilitate a full "Dawson's Creek" reunion on "Don't Trust The B---- In Apt. 23," the quirky comedy will be playing host to a few more famous faces next season.

According to EW, "Saved By The Bell" star Mark-Paul Gosselaar and "Malcolm in the Middle" lead Frankie Muniz will be dropping by during the show's second season premiere, which sees Van Der Beek trying to reassemble the "Creek" cast with mixed success.

The former teen idols will be playing heightened versions of themselves, in the same vein as Van Der Beek's self-deprecating performance on the ABC comedy. They join previously announced Busy Phillipps (who played Audrey Liddell on "Dawson's Creek") in the Season 2 opener, which premieres Oct. 23 at 9.30 p.m. ET. Gosselaar is currently starring on TNT's "Franklin & Bash," while Muniz recently made a guest appearance on another ABC comedy, Tim Allen's "Last Man Standing."

Who else would you like to see playing "themselves" on "Apt. 23" next season? Are you holding out hope for a real "Dawson's Creek" reunion? Weigh in below!
