When Todd and his team were called in for reports of heavy foot traffic at a residence on "World's Worst Tenants" (Tue., 10 p.m. ET on Spike), they couldn't have anticipated what they found. During, their first visit, the tenant claimed it was just family coming over to do laundry overnight. But with one washer and dryer on the premises, there were immediately red flags.
So Todd and his team set up a stakeout to watch the home overnight. They saw a van pull up and let out a whole bunch of people who went into the residence. But no one was doing laundry.
Instead, they found a false wall in the garage, and behind it, a sweatshop filled with illegal workers. The tenant was charged with operating a commercial business without a license and employing illegal immigrants. Now the neighbors can simply look forward to a good night's sleep.
