Ahmet Cercioglu, Mount Sinai Cardiovascular Technician, Accused Of Watching Porn During Surgery (VIDEO)

WATCH: Mount Sinai Employee Accused Of Watching Porn During Surgery

In a lawsuit alleging that the highly regarded Mt. Sinai Hospital created a hostile and sexually-charged work environment, a fired employee is accusing her former boss, a cardiovascular technician, of watching porn on his cellphone during surgery.

The New York Post reports Sandra Morris is suing 41-year-old alleged porn-watcher Ahmet Cercioglu, along with the hospital and another supervisor.

Morris says Cercioglu would call her derogatory names, ridiculing her for being an observant Jewish woman.

She detailed, "Ahmed was constantly on his phone, texting, talking on the phone while on bypass as well as watching porn or sleeping. And nobody wants to say anything because you know he is one of the directors of cardiac surgery. I’ve walked in on several occasions as well as other staff members have, where he was watching pornography on his phone."

However, one of Cercioglu's colleague says Morris' claims are nothing more than an act of revenge from being fired and said, "She is just bitter. He is a very good guy...a family guy."

Morris said she was fired from Mt. Sinai after 5 years on the job, with excellent evaluations, after slipping and falling at the hospital, making her go on disability.

The lawsuit comes just weeks after a Mount Sinai urologist was arrested for allegedly filming up women's skirts with a hidden camera pen on the subway.

After a man noticed Doctor Adam Levinson's suspicious behavior at the 14th Street-Union Square station, Levinson was arrested and has since been suspended from Mount Sinai pending the result of of the investigation.
