We've seen the "Arrested Development" revival photos, but now people who have actually been on set are breaking their silence. Series executive producer and narrator Ron Howard told MTV to expect new characters when "Arrested Development" returns on Netflix.

"Mitch [Hurwitz] isn't trying to recreate something," Howard said. "It's been away for a while, and part of the fun that Mitch has been mining and exploiting is, what's new to discover about these people? What's delightfully unchanged? He and the writing staff and the actors have a fantastic sense of that. They're pretty brazen, pretty bold and fearless. That's what made the show into something that fans really kept alive."

Thanks to paparazzi photos we've seen Michael Cera's George Michael on a Segway and the Funke family at the airport.

In July 2012 Howard tweeted a photo of the first episode script and said it was "very, very funny" and had many lines for the narrator.

"It's cool and bold and funny, and out there taking chances, just like it always did," Howard told MTV.

"Arrested Development" Season 4 hits Netflix in 2013. Check out photos from the set below.
