And, Fall's Hottest Color Is... (VIDEO)

Ever wish you had a personal shopper to guide you through back-to-school shopping? Well, we've got the next best thing: Eva Chen, Beauty and Health Director at Teen Vogue, shared insider information with us on the biggest trends for fall. Check out the video above to see her walk through her picks.

For a quick guide, here are Eva's four biggest must-haves for autumn:

  • Burgundy. "[It's] such a hot color for fall. Even if you don't know it yet, you'll be wearing burgundy."

  • Pastel jeans. "For girls in a warm weather climate, you can wear pastel jeans year-round."
  • A southwestern vibe. "Southwestern is really hot right now as a transition piece from summer to winter. Look for things with beading and fringe for that Southwestern feeling. It's a cool dose of style."
  • A natural, clear complexion "A lot of girls start thinking about skincare a few days before school. But we at Teen Vogue always stress that you should start thinking about skincare a few weeks out. Actually, right now is the perfect time to start, because it usually takes two or three weeks for your skincare regimen to kick in."
