Kristen Chenoweth may be out of the "Good Wife" picture, but her former "GCB" co-star is moving in.

Miriam Shor has been cast in the series as a political journalist, according to TVLine. CBS told the site that Shor wasn't replacing Chenoweth, but that their characters were similar.

Chenoweth announced her departure from the series on Monday due to an on-set injury. "It is with deep regret to inform everyone that due to my injuries, I am unable to return to 'The Good Wife,'" she told People in a statement. "[I'm] getting better slowly, and thank you everyone for your concern."

In addition to "GCB," Shor's other TV credits include "Mildred Pierce," "Damages" and more.
