Robert Pattinson has done a great job (without a publicist) avoiding questions about his personal life during his recent media blitz to promote his new film "Cosmopolis." In fact, he's done such a good job that we have no idea if he's still dating Kristen Stewart.
The 26-year-old "Twilight" star packed his bags and left the couple's shared home in Los Feliz, Calif., immediately after Stewart admitted to cheating on him, but the pair haven't officially broken up. According to Us Weekly, "Daily Show" host Jon Stewart isn't the only one who thinks that Pattinson should "kick her to the curb." Sources told the magazine that Pattinson's friends have begged him to dump Kristen and end things for good.
"They think she will hurt him again," revealed the source.
Stewart was absent from Thursday's London premiere of "On The Road," which also stars Pattinson's best friend Tom Sturridge, and according to the U.K. paper The Mirror, the actor was not pleased when asked about Kristen:
“I don't talk about my friends behind their back," Sturridge told reporters at the premiere.
RadarOnline had previously reported that some friends believe that Rob and Kristen had a really "special connection" and he should give her another chance, but another source close to Rob told In Touch that his friends are working hard to make sure he doesn't forgive her.
Perhaps the actor's friends should suggest that he send Kristen the message with the help of Taylor Swift's latest single, "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together."
