When you're 7 feet and 3 inches tall, you need a lot of house.

So when Lithuanian basketball star Zydrunas Ilgauskas took his talents to "South Beach" alongside longtime Cleveland teammate LeBron James, that's just what he got: 6,400 square feet of high-ceiling contemporary paradise on two floors, situated on Biscayne Bay on prestigious Sunset Island No. 1 in Miami Beach.

But Big Z's Miami Heat career lasted just one year before he retired and became the Cavaliers' assistant general manager, so now it's back to Cleveland for Z, his wife, and two children. The family's 1953 home on North View Drive is now on the market for $8.3 million, almost double the $4.7 million he reportedly paid back in 2011.

So why the big jump? That's Pat Riley money! According to The Real Deal, Ilgauskas completely gutted and rebuilt the 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom pad, which now boasts a separate gym house, massive kitchen with Miele and Sub-Zero stainless steel appliances, and a luxurious outdoor entertainment area.
