Mariah Carey is on fire. Not only is the R&B songstress gearing up to reconfirm her place in the hearts of Americans as a judge on American Idol , she's also adding some much needed glam to our nails with her new OPI collection.

Mariah is joining a slew of celebrities like Nicki Minaj, Rihanna, and that have hopped on to the growing nail art trend (even the Muppets stole the show with a glittery OPI collection last year. We're sure Mariah will create a collection that the honorable Miss Piggy would approve.

What will Mariah's line look like? We're guessing butterflies, glitter, and ultra feminine hues but we'll have to wait until January 2013 to find out. Until then we're donning our pink crocheted crop top with eager anticipation.
