"The Office" may be on its way out, but Dwight is still king of the Scranton countryside ... and he he has a brother!

According to THR, Thomas Middleditch has joined the cast of "The Office" spinoff "The Farm" as Jeb Schrute, Dwight's optimistic brother who's full of ideas and motivation but lacks the follow-through.

It's not that Jeb hasn't tried, however. He's gone down several different career paths including worm farmer, Bigfoot hunter, Army farmer and currently runs a successful pot farm in Northern California.

With any luck, Dwight will put Jeb to work and whip him into shape. If "The Farm" is ordered to series, Middleditch will be a series regular.
