Former "American Idol" star and 3-time Grammy nominee Mandisa Hundley has gone on a weight-loss journey and lost over 100 pounds. "GMA" reports Mandisa changed her lifestyle by working out in her Zumba class, with a personal trainer and by eating healthier.

Mandisa's "Idol" audition was the scene of the now-infamous moment when Cowell asked if the stage was going to be made bigger to accommodate the then-heavy gospel singer. Cowell's slight undoubtedly served as motivation for Mandisa along the way.

Mandisa's latest album "What If We Were Real," which was released in 2011, features the #1 hit "Stronger." She's chronicled her weight loss journey in a series of YouTube videos titled "Journey To 100."
