'Hotel Hell': Keating Hotel's Chef Collapses While Telling Gordon Ramsay How He Feels Over-Stressed (VIDEO)

'Hotel Hell': Keating Hotel Chef Collapses Under Pressure

There was a scary moment for Gordon Ramsay on "Hotel Hell" (Mon., 8 p.m. ET on Fox), but perhaps even scarier for the chef he was talking to. While explaining how he was extremely stressed out because of the demands and pressure his boss puts on him to serve a 150-item menu nightly, the chef collapsed.

"No job is worth this. Let me tell you," Ramsay told him.

When Ramsay confronted the hotel's owner about the incident, the owner hemmed and hawed, not fully taking responsibility for the environment he was supposedly creating. "I think there’s a lot of stress on all of us," he told Ramsay, further saying that it was at least in part because Ramsay was there they were all so stressed.

"Do not dare f*cking go anywhere near [the idea that] I put him in that ambulance!" Ramsay shouted.

The chef recovered and was able to return the next day. He helped convince the owner to go through with the renovations, and everything worked out great. The chef was less stressed and business was on the rise.

Tune in Monday, September 3 at 8 p.m. ET on Fox for the two-hour "Hotel Hell" season finale.
