Marie Claire Editor-At-Large Geraldine Sealey Talks Meditation At The Huffington Post's Oasis

Central Park trees and seltzer water are two balance-restoring staples for Marie Claire's Editor-at-Large Geraldine Sealey. We met up with Geraldine at The Huffington Post's Oasis, and learned that she is challenging herself to mediate for 15 minutes a day to unplug and recharge. Read on for more personal tips from this editor.

How do you unplug and recharge?
I am learning how to meditate; so, my new challenge is to try and meditate for 15 minutes every day.

How many hours of sleep do you get each night?
Seven-and-a-half hours. I would love to get nine every single day.

What's your top beauty tip?
Sunscreen every single day -- whether it's raining, snowing or sunny. At least 15 SPF, but you should get 30.

What's your quick health fix to restore your energy?
I go outside and get some air or get a seltzer water. The Hearst building is a block away from Central Park, so I'll go there sometimes and look at a tree.

What foods keep you balanced?
I eat non-fat Greek yogurt with honey in it because it has protein and a little bit of carbs.
