Jennie Garth and Luke Perry might not be dating in real life, but the two have been spending time together working on a sitcom.
A rep for Garth, who is newly single, said the two have been spending a lot of time together because they are "working on developing a TV sitcom together," RumorFix reports. Details are still scarce, there's no network attached, but the project reportedly has producers and writers.
Networks have been keen on veteran stars returning to TV. ABC Family's "Melissa & Joey" stars former TV teen heartthrobs Melissa Joan Hart and Joey Lawrence and was recently renewed for a third season. Meanwhile, Matthew Perry has a new series on NBC, Robin Williams is attached to a new sitcom that could land on CBS and NBC ordered a new series starring Michael J. Fox.
