As the investigation into his mysterious disappearance continues, missing millionaire Guma Aguiar's wife has put their waterfront mansion on the market.

Jamie Aguar listed the 6-bedroom, 9,569-square foot home in Fort Lauderdale's Rio Vista Isles for $5,150,000, according to Realtor.com. County records show the couple bought the house for $4,600,000 in 2010, before her 35-year-old husband's legal troubles and emotional health took a devastating turn.

The well-known father of four has been presumed missing since his fishing boat washed ashore without him in June. Friends say Aguiar, who was bipolar and had recently been hospitalized multiple times, had grown increasingly stressed over back-and-forth lawsuits with his uncle, with whom he started a Texas oil business that sold for $2.5 billion in 2006.

But nearly half of Aguiar's $180 million fortune was gone by the time he disappeared, it was revealed during dramatic courtroom appearances by his mother and wife, who battled for control of the estate in the wake of his disappearance. Among the estate's assets is the massive property, from which Aguiar pulled away in his boat on June 19.

Billed as "a boater's dream" by a listing agent, the home was constructed in 2007 in a British Colonial style with room enough to dock two yachts. Jamie Aguiar's attorney told the South Florida Sun Sentinel that his client is "coping with her husband's disappearance and wants to downsize."
