"Giant is the small word," says Guy Fieri, in reference to his just-about-to-open Times Square restaurant, Guy's American Kitchen & Bar. It is 16,000 square feet and can seat about 500 people.
First, Fieri demonstrates a "gigantic boozy creamisicle," as Jimmy describes it, which consists of vanilla ice cream, vodka, prosecco, orange cream soda, orange juice concentrate and whipped cream. "I think I made this in high school," says Jimmy. The martini glass Fieri serves it is is so large that it is almost comical. But not as comical as when Fieri forces Jimmy to put on rubber gloves and a serious mask to help Fieri make the tequila turkey fettucine alfredo.
There's a lot of fire for one dish.
