'Long Island Medium' Premiere: Daughter's Spirit Returned In Woman's Granddaughter (VIDEO)

On the season premiere of "Long Island Medium," Theresa Caputo had an experience with a client that she could only describe as a gift given by God. The woman had lost a daughter when she was just two years old, and Theresa said she'd seen that child's spirit. But there was more.

"God has granted you a wish by allowing your daughter’s soul to reenter into one of your grandchildren," Theresa told the woman, who immediately knew which grandchild it was. She was there with her daughter, who agreed that her own daughter had always been thought to have an old soul.

"This soul has reentered into this lifetime. That’s not something that usually happens," Caputo told the family.

"I certainly didn't become a medium to have a TV show, and I never thought that'd happen in a million years," Caputo said, according to the Lowell Sun. The article further said she was booked out two years even before the show started airing, and her schedule is even more jam-packed now.

And while she accepts skeptics as part of what she does, she doesn't try to explain it either, nor does she claim to understand it. Nevertheless, she convinced a reporter from People magazine with her specific readings. And it's exposure and comfirmation like that that's just going to keep that calendar filled for years to come.
