The 13 Weirdest New 'Words' Just Added To The Collins Dictionary

The director of the Collins Free Online Dictionary, Alex Brown, says he likes to keep his "ear close to the ground."

That might be why the Collins website opened up a "new word submission" page this past summer to hear and vet new user-generated suggestions for words and phrases. On Monday, Collins released its first list of approved summer-submitted entries. From "amazeballs" to "zhoosh," here are the most bizarre of the 86 new words that weaseled their way in (see even more here). Which ones shouldn't be words?
