If you're someone who watches what you eat, you probably don't get down with a lot of lasagna. Lasagna is typically one big (delicious) mess of melted cheese, red meat and pasta. Which is pretty much the antithesis of healthy.

But just because you like to eat good-for-you foods doesn't mean you can't indulge in the amazingness that is lasagna. This Italian classic knows how to get healthy, and it's just as good as the original version. With lots of veggies, a little less cheese and leaner meats, you can get down with the comfort of lasagna any old day of the week.
