The trip to St. Barth's on "The Real Housewives of New York City" has certainly been eventful, and it went out on an even more dramatic note, with Sonja and Aviva duking it out. Aviva called Sonja a hypocrite for bringing guys around all the time on what's supposed to be a "girls trip," adding that Sonja's too old to be acting like she's in a "Girls Gone Wild" video.
Her allegation that Sonja was partying too hard came up again when Sonja and Ramona headed back to the villa after dinner -- rather than go to see Carole's boyfriend perform -- and certainly seemed to have a good time.
"Sonja is a bit of a legend in her own mind," Aviva said. "She reminds me a little of Anna Nicole Smith, in that she married a much older, very wealthy man. It slipped through her fingers and now she’s on a big spiral downwards."
Anna Nicole Smith married an oil billionaire 62 years her senior and wound up battling in court for the rights to his estate when he passed away a little over a year later. Smith spent much of the remainder of her life in the tabloids, struggled with prescription drug addiction and ultimately died at the age of 39 from an accidental overdose.
Wetpaint wonders if the comparison is accurate or if it was out of line and cruel.
The vacation is over, but "The Real Housewives of New York City" continues on Mondays at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
