'19 Kids & Counting': Josie Reaches A Health Milestone, Receiving Her Last RSV Shot (VIDEO)

'19 Kids & Counting': Two-Year-Old Josie's Milestone

It was an important day for little Josie Duggar on "19 Kids & Counting." When she was born, things weren't so rosie for Josie. She came three months sooner than anticipated, and weighed only 1 lb., 6 oz. Now she's two, and ready to take the last of the shots doctors ordered after her premature birth.

Poor Josie, though, had been through enough of these that she'd come to associate doctors with pain. So she was wailing before anything even started.

"The minute they’re done I scoop her up in my arms," Michelle said. "What a milestone. Josie’s last RSV shot. ... That’s huge, because we know that she is moving on." The RSV shot is given to most premature babies, as they are at higher risk of contracting respiratory syncytial virus.

Now that she's healthy and two, Josie is ready to conquer the world as the healthy and rambunctious child the Duggar household wanted.

"19 Kids & Counting" continues on Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET on TLC.
