'Today' Behind-The-Scenes Footage Shows A Singing Al Roker (VIDEO)

WATCH: 'Today' Blooper Surfaces

People watching Wednesday's "Today" in New York were treated to a rare behind-the-scenes look at what happens when the cameras aren't rolling on the show.

Regular viewers know that, throughout any edition of "Today," Al Roker will frequently cut to affiliates for the local weather. For whatever reason, New York's WNBC failed to patch in their forecast, so people got a behind-the-scenes sneak peek.

As Vulture pointed out, it wasn't exactly juicy material. Sample dialogue:

Al Roker: "blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah." (No, really, he said this.)

Matt Lauer also discussed the proper pronunciation of Raffaele Sollecito, the former boyfriend of Amanda Knox. Then Roker started singing.

Still, it's always fun to see what's going on when we're not supposed to be watching. Oh, and Roker's weird streak is definitely continuing.
