This fashion week, everyone was obsessed with gold accessories. And not just on the runways, we're talking about one item in particular: an Olympic medal.

Ryan Lochte made headlines when he hung out with Anna Wintour at Fashion's Night Out (and then touched her knee at the Ralph Lauren show). But then again, he is a Vogue cover boy who is launching his own collection. Sanya Richards-Ross, who won the gold medal in the 400m at the 2012 Olympics, hit up several shows, including Naeem Khan where the runner sweetly let us take her photo.
