You might not believe that a pasta dish made with just four simple ingredients -- one of them being pasta -- can be good, but it truly is one of the most satisfying pasta dishes. (And it's affordable too.)

Pasta Cacio e Pepe is made with just cheese and black pepper, but it tastes like everything you've always wanted from a pasta dish. Poignantly said by John Fanning, a partner in Accademia di Vino in Manhattan, to The New York Times, Pasta Cacio e Pepe is the mac and cheese of Roman dishes.
